  I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this situation just isn’t getting resolved. I ordered a footlong with the $6.99 deal on the app, when my husband went In they said there was no order that came through and made him pay full price and out of pocket, even tho he showed proof we had paid for the sandwich. I went back in to ask for a refund since I paid $6.99 on the app and they charged my husband. We were told to come back when a manager was available, we stop in multiple times to go in to speak with a manager and never one there. I was told if I left the proof of payment that they would refund it to my husband when the manager came in the next day. I wrote my name and number across the top and took a picture of it and still a week later and no refund. Also you can’t call because there phone is disconnected. So save yourself the hassle and do t bother ordering from this one if you’re going to use the mobile app.

  Don't order through the app. I just sat and watched as I ordered ahead of time and waited 30 minutes in the store as the Subway associates made every one in line before finally starting on my sandwiches. They were out of all the bread except wheat. Food was good, but waiting there for so long while staring at a sign that says "Use the app, skip the line" was frustrating. Wife and kids were stuck waiting in the car for 30 minutes while waiting for dinner.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. The woman who is always scheduled is never at the counter. Always missing in the back , and if you ring the bell she will cuss you and claim she saw you on the camera and you haven’t been waiting there ten minutes “because she saw you on the camera” Save your money and piece of mind. I’d take a 44 year old pbj I found in the helmet of the kid off little giants over this place

  For lack of a better word this place has become grimy. All the veggies are old. There’s crumbs and food that hasn’t been cleaned up in weeks around the food prep area. Won’t be going back there
