  So I put in my first mobile order through the Wendy's app 20 minutes before I left home and I was disappointed. The app was great, but when I got to the restaurant my order wasn't ready. There was a long line of cars, so I decided to go inside. There was two guys on their phones and a young lady doing all the work. I told him that I was there to pick up a mobile order and he said it wasn't ready. I told him I ordered it 20 minutes prior to leaving my house. He said if I had of door dashed the order to pick it up it would be ready, so in other words use door dash instead of the Wendy's mobile app....oook. He said it would be another 5 minutes so I just went to my car and came through the drive thru. I noticed there was not 3 but 4 staff members in the restaurant. Sooo why were the cars backed up in the drive thru with these many people working? I always come here because it's the closest location. I've had wrong orders and missing food on several occasions and now I know why. I spoke with Edward the manager about the situation and he said they were distracted. The last crew that worked there was very efficient, quick, polite and always working. I wish they were still there 🤷🏾‍♀️

  The attitude from the NIGHT CREW staff at this location really needs improvement. When you come through the drive-through, it shouldn’t feel like you’re inconveniencing the employees just by ordering food. It honestly feels like everyone working here hates their job, and that energy shows in the way customers are treated. A little friendliness and professionalism would go a long way and make a big difference in the overall experience. On top of that charging 50 Cent for ranch is insane.

  Why do I have to argue with a register employee for a spicy chicken sandwich in the morning? This ain't Mc Sloppys... thats why I come here and spend my money.
