  Food was good, one item was wrong when we ordered it. However it was fixed quickly. The soda machine was down so we were limited to Gatorade or lemonade or water for drinks. Service was prompt and our food was warm. Would eat at this taco bell again.

  “My experience at this Taco Bell Was disrespect coming from the employees there,The Manager also was disrespectful, I would give them a bad rating experience.

  I get a 30-minute lunch break. I usually order in the app and clock out as soon as it says it’s ready. Most of the time, there’s no issue. Today, however, I had no drink or cup. I called out and asked if I could get a cup but got no response. There was a lady working the drive thru, so I gave it a minute, then asked again. Someone else told me it would be just a minute. I waited until I saw the lady at the drive thru just standing there not doing anything so I called out a THIRD time (15 minutes into my 30 minute lunch) and the same person who told me it would be a minute asked the drive thru lady to get me a cup. She gave me a medium cup and walked away. I paid for a large. When I got back to work to quickly eat, I found that my food was very overcooked. I don’t know what’s changed in the last couple of days; but please change it back or I won’t be ordering again.

  Went in to order and stood for a couple of minutes. The manager I’m assuming came from the kitchen stating it would be a while before we could order. Apparently it was her and the other employee that had to go to the bathroom. Doesn’t know when they would be back but when they are done and all washed up they could help us. Well that turned my stomach. All i could think of was him using the bathroom and having to wash his hands. No 2 I’m assuming lol. So we left. Proper communication skills are definitely needed there.

  Had an online order put in for drive thru pickup. I verified everything was correct on the screen but our order was so messed up. I had about a $3 charge to customize my order with add on's and they forgotten those items. They also forgotten to add meat to a taco.
