  Stopped in for a quick bite. The new manager is so nice and friendly. I'd say Jeremiah is a great fit for this store. The sandwich was so good, glad I stopped in.

  So for years, I have been ordering rotisserie chicken salads and sandwiches. I go in today because I cannot find rotisserie chicken on the app.And I was told that they cannot make a rotisserie chicken salad for me anymore.It is not the worker's fault.It is the owner's fault.Why would you take rotisserie chicken salads away?

  On Tuesday, July 22nd at 6:30 P.M. the two women working messed up the sandwiches, had to remake one. Fast forward, I get home to find she still made one of the 3 sandwiches wrong. I called, was told she could remake it and all I had to do was bring the sandwich back. I then did that, I got there, she argued with me and insisted she made the sandwich right and would not remake it so I asked for a refund instead. She was very rude, told me one thing then did another, and got very hateful and defensive about it. Literally ONLY have problems when those 2 are on a shift. Everybody else who works there ive never had any problems like that with. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place if you want something done right and to your liking. This is the worst subway I've ever been to. Duquoin, Illinois has the worst subway experience you could ask for so if crappy sandwiches are your thing be sure to go here.
