  Thank you Nancy at the drive-thru I attempted to speak Spanish and you help me every bit of the way. I'm the black guy with glasses. I have my three kids in the back. I did do the survey as I said because I value you guys customer service skills and it should be respected and Martina. Thank you. The food was amazing, everything was hot and my family enjoyed every bit of it until the rest of the staff. Thank you!

  Earlier last week, my girlfriend and I finished a late workout and decided to grab something quick to eat. We went through the Wendy’s drive‑thru and ordered a 20‑piece nugget. Sherry kindly let us know it would take about 4–5 minutes because a fresh batch was being made. We had no issue waiting and let her know there was no rush; we weren’t headed anywhere else that was serving food at that hour. When we returned for our order, Sherry greeted us with genuine warmth and thanked us for waiting. We chatted briefly, and as we were about to leave, she said, “You both stay warm, have a beautiful night, and come back soon.” The warmth in her voice and the sincerity behind her words truly caught us off guard in the best way. Both my girlfriend and I were in awe of how kind she was. It’s rare to experience that level of genuine human connection in a drive‑thru, where interactions often feel purely transactional. Sherry turned a simple food pickup into a moment that genuinely made our night better. She made us feel appreciated and reminded us how impactful kindness can be. Experiences like this show how important it is to treat one another with respect and compassion; Sherry embodied that completely. Thank you, Sherry, for your kindness. If this message reaches a management or higher, please know that she is doing an incredible job and leaving a lasting, positive impression. We most definitely will come back.

  Staff here work hard and are professional. Food is tasty. Freestyle drink machine is fun for kids and adults (Love the orange 🍊 creme soda!). Free Wi-Fi is a plus.
