  One of the worst Portillo's. 90% of the time the orders are wrong. When you call they are compatible with you after leaving you on hold for a very long time

  Please please please do not come here. I ordered a chicken salad no bacon (I’m deathly allergic). It comes with bacon. I complain and buy another. More bacon and this time with a hair. For the love of god Portillos get your game on.

  This place is the definition of slow! It takes 20 minutes to get your order anymore. Combined with them cheapening out on their drinks and food quality while raising prices, it’s safe to say private equity has ruined this Chicago classic and it’s time to look for another place to grab a hot dog.

  I have never written a Google review in my entire life but the interaction I had in the drive thru today genuinely irritated me. I asked for a cheese burger with no onions and a side of onion rings. When my order came to me I did get my cheeseburger… with a box of raw onions. I drive up to the window and let the guy know how I asked for a side onion rings not raw onions. I do end up getting them but he tells me “yeah you have to be more specific when ordering.” not quite sure how much more specific I can get besides quite literally saying I want a side of onion rings. You want me to ask for them fried??? Anyways that plus the fact the guy who was taking my order wasn’t listening to me and rushing me really annoyed me. I get that the drive thru is busy so he was just trying to get me thru and maybe my order got confused, but then on top of that to have another employee tell me to be MORE SPECIFIC? would you like me to ask for my burger patty to be cooked too? Maybe if u need step by step directions from ur customers don’t be in customer service.

  Haven't been in 2 weeks, went with my family family yesterday and got a hamburger. I hadn't been in 2 weeks because the last time the food wasn't good for me. The burger wasn't that great the last time I was here, I ate it yesterday it was "Okay". For me, I felt like the quality has gone down...I'm not sure why, or maybe it's me? We also had gotten charged twice for the burger...like seriously?? The worker wasn't paying attention... I'll be back maybe in 2 weeks to see if the quality has changed...
