  An excellent experience for a chain restaurant. They have a separate gluten free menu with lots of options and the food is always well prepared.

  Everything was excellent. I will return and bring others with me, our host and waiter. His name was Dan marvelous. Excellent professional caring about the taste and the deals. Thanks Dan! You are awesome

  As far as food goes not bad not great but you get what you pay for… Service on the other hand was ridiculous here is a picture of our table after we paid $210 for dinner thru out the whole course of dinner server removed one salad plate and one bowl of soup We were swimming in dishes😂😂😂 Overpriced buffet would call it Good Luck

  I had an outstanding experience at the Outback in Downers Grove, and a big part of that was due to Victor’s leadership. As the proprietor, he was highly visible on the floor, consistently checking in on guests and ensuring everything was running smoothly. What stood out most was how he engaged with every table, not just ours, creating a welcoming and well-run environment throughout the restaurant. His presence clearly sets the tone for the entire team. It’s not often you see that level of attentiveness and ownership. Excellent experience all around.

  Listen…Outback Steakhouse did NOT come to play with this one 🔥 I ordered lunch for my entire customer service team (18 people…yes, EIGHTEEN hungry, opinionated adults 😂), and when I tell you not a single complaint was heard…that alone deserves a standing ovation. The steaks? Cooked like they had something to prove. Juicy, flavorful, seasoned like somebody’s grandma was in the kitchen supervising. Every bite had folks pausing mid-conversation like, “Hold on…this is actually hitting.” And the sides?? Listen…whoever decided to make sides this good deserves a raise. Mashed potatoes smoother than a pickup line, and everything was just…on point. BUT LET ME TALK ABOUT THE REAL STAR OF THE SHOW… The. Thunder. Brownie. ⚡🍫 Now I don’t know who named it that, but it makes sense—because when it hit the table, it was like a storm rolled in and nobody was safe. Forks started flying. People who said “I’m full” suddenly found a second stomach. Conversations turned into negotiations like: “Let me just get one more bite.” “You said that three bites ago, Linda.” Warm, chocolatey, rich enough to pay taxes, topped with ice cream melting down like it knew it couldn’t compete…man listen. That brownie didn’t just end the meal, it ended friendships temporarily 😂 Overall, Outback came through like a corporate lunch superhero. 18 people fed, 18 people happy, and zero leftovers (which should tell you everything you need to know). 10/10 — would absolutely order again…especially for that thunder brownie. I’m still thinking about it. Honestly, I might need closure.
