  If I could give zero stars i definitely would. You can tell this location is severely understaffed and doesn’t train their employees and money hungry. The prices ran up on everything and the employees are secretly trying to drive the prices up on meals making everything expensive it’s ridiculous.

  Whoever was working at 9:30pm on 03/26/26 was so rude. Never been charged for water at any McDonalds and simply just asked about it at the window. She didn’t even let me finish talking and right away said no if I didn’t want it anymore with an attitude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there.

  Ordered the new big arch on the kiosk. After sitting waiting for 10 minutes, walked up to the counter and waited another minute for someone walking by to hail down and ask what the problem was. After some research they determined that the employee working the front left for the day without filling my order. 5 minutes later, I got my lukewarm, mushy, reheated via microwave arch. No apologies. No coupon. No wonder there were no cars in the drive through and only another couple eating inside at noon on a Saturday. Sad

  Manager is VERY Rude, arguing over a $5 refund for several minutes and yelling at me was unnecessary and over the top, I will be going to a different McDonald's. The manager accused me of lying and blaming the mistake on me for them screwing up my order, when you are too lazy to check your cameras. You just lost a long time customer.

  Good service, bathrooms where okay but needs to be cleaned. Dinning area is nice, pop machine is easy to use. Only issue was a little surprised on the extra condiments having a up charge. But no biggie.
