Friday Dec 12 @7pm went through the drive thru and the lady taking the order had an attitude like she was agitated or something poor customer service on her part.

Very nice Wendys in Downers Grove-Butterfield. The crew members and managers are very nice and take very good care of you. Im glad they have a 2nd location in addition to 75th St location

The manager on duty has this location humming.
My usual order is a spicy chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets. Which if you have had them before, you know they are only good if they are hot and fresh.
I ordered at the drive thru, and my food was ready at the window. I was skeptical bc I know it takes 6 minutes to cook the chicken fresh. I got back to work and everything was hot, fresh, and correct. The manager even made time to greet and thank me through the drive thru window.
Who ever was managing lunch today is A+. Never let them go!

Went there to dine in, ordered my food in the kiosk. Went to use the restroom and locked the door. An employee loudly banged on the door and screamed. I said someone is using it. The employee uses keys and unlocks the door while I’m inside. They don’t apologize and when I try to complain to the employees they stare at me and don’t say anything helpful. I ask for a manager or the store location number and they refuse. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend and I’ve filed a complaint with corporate as well! Unacceptable!
