The orders are never ready and it’s costing us money. I hate this location i hate the staff and they really need new management. They need to send an undercover boss in here to see how they running this store cause it’s beyond me. I will be reaching out to the attorney generals office and the BBB with my complaints and also I’m making complaints with Downers Grove Until They Close This Place Down

I was shocked that a robot took my order, and the guy at the window explained to me how it worked which was cool. I do wish that I could get more than one bbq with my large fry especially since ts cost like 5$
