    Worst drive thru worker in history operating the mic. Very rude and inconsiderate and incompetent to simple orders and basic conversation and requests.

    I don’t know who was working today October 30 2025 at 9:30pm. Super rude I tried to order a matcha latte with cold foam they said theirs no such combination I always order this so I was so confused. Had to just place the order on the app so they can make it for me. I go back to the window and I ask for my order online and he asks if I just placed me order so I said yes. He says rudely “ Ok so u need to wait “ with an attitude I just told him that’s fine. Such a disappointment this is my go to Dunkin don’t think I’ll be back after this. ( They also had me wait over 10 minutes for two matcha lattes after)

    I ordered a ice latte guy gave me hot one and I said that was not what I ordered and it was almost like he was refusing to fix my order and was trying to make me pay for something I didn’t order. Very disappointing
