  If you want to be humiliated for just a sandwich, please visit this location! The lack of humility is their specialization! Customer is always wrong here! Place an order and they don’t own up their mistakes instead will see the shameful attitude and owner is definitely will eat your money!!! Welcome to Dunkin at Woodward!

  This is the worst DD ever. Service is awful. Slow. Very slow. Not polite. No sense of customer service at all. They don't have their shit together. I hate coming here. And I don't think I will ever again even though it's so close. Just always a poor experience.

  First and last time I stop by this store , I plan on getting a coffee I walk in there a line I decide I’m going to used the restroom while they serve the other customers, their bathroom is locked I ask them if I can use it and the cashier says no I need to purchase something first, I explained that I was going to get a coffee but first I needed to used the restroom, she wouldn’t open the door till I got my coffee man how this makes sense I’m buying food and walking within into the restroom???? I had to ask the other nice lady who speaks Spanish if I could leave my coffee while using the restroom

  Customer service here is terrible, staff is always so busy on their phones then getting peoples orders done. The amount of people that place an online order just for it to not be ready because they are too busy on their cellphone. Stay away from this location the staff there is also so rude they should really look into new staff.
