- GGGamaDec 12, 20251.0😡😡😡😡😡They charge me for a wrong order, I just order a md Frozen Chocolate and the lady say that was almost $12 dollars, I asked her why that much just for a Chocolate and she asked me if I wanted a Chocolate and I said yes, when I paid she told me that I was missing .8 cents🤔 so I looked at my account And I saw that she charge more than $ 17 dollars, when I asked her she got mad and told to another lady that she repeat me the order, wich was completely false, she asked me to go inside to give me the money back, when I got inside she was taking another order by Drive Thru and she was so rude with another lady Also. She made me wait more than 10 min and she was doing nothing for me, I was waiting and she was continuing working and doing anything for me. I know she was bussy and I understood. But they said that they Will give me the money back but I had to pay me frozen Chocolate, Wich I told them that I just want my money back, because the frozeb chocolate was already melting. And Until today I haven't get my money back yet in my card. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 SUPER BAD SERVICE. THE LADY IN WINDOW should TO FIND A DIFERENT JOB. THIS IS NOT FOR HER.

They are always friendly, willing to to go the extra step for their customers. My drinks always look like the photo and taste spectacular. Dunkins options are hitting the spot this summer and when that delicious variety of tantalizing tasty-ness is done right, 🌞🌻😘👌🌞, delightful. This location gets it right every time.

Then we pointed out again something we asked for and didn't receive. Yet they didn't even change or correct it. We just left at that point.
