I came in just satisfied with the service, but Sam went above and beyond by kindly apologizing for an issue I had during a previous visit and generously compensating for it. Her graciousness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out and completely changed my experience. I also want to give a big shout-out to her team for being friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout my visit. I’m very grateful for Sam and her team’s generosity and the way everything was handled. This is the kind of leadership and teamwork that keeps customers coming back.

- NPNicholas POct 30, 20252.0Chipotle is Chipotle. We came in around quarter to 9 PM and they were already trying to close up. Um, hours are posted that they close at 10 PM. I’m not sure why they’re being lazy and trying to go home early. There was another customer that came in after us. Usually, I go to Taco Maya, which is a little further down. Their customer service is better and they don’t try to close early. Food at Chipotle was decent.
