  When we arrived the young man behind the counter greeted us he was one of the most polite courteous attendance I've seen in a long time he made suggestions took our order and told us to have a seat that he would bring our order out to us he was courteous throughout our stay he was trained well in customer service we had ham sandwiches and they were delicious

  Absolute worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The employees in the drive through had an attitude. I asked what comes on a sandwich and they wouldn’t tell me. I had to start asking ingredient by ingredient. Then, they took 20 minutes to get my order to me. When it got to me, they asked ME if everything was in the bag because they couldn’t remember if they put everything in. I checked my chicken sandwich and they didn’t remove the ingredients I requested. I go in and they say they’ll remake it and threw the chicken patty back into the fryer to get the mayo off of it. Disgusting. Took another 5 minutes to get another sandwich, and then I had to ask them to hand it to me as it was sitting on the shelf re made for 2 minutes. Worst experience of my life, all the employees seem like they hate their lives, I would sooner be tortured than return to this establishment.

  Tried to come here today and tried to order an Italian beef during lunch time. The guy tells me we have no beef available. So I try to order something else off the menu and they tell me that's not available either. How do you not have your main menu items available? Get your act together at this location and have food ready for lunch hour. Anyway, I went to Portillo's down the road and it was much better. Arby's you lost a customer.

  I placed an online order for the Arby's on Finley Road in Downer's Grove for a Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon sandwich. I chose the meal option, which includes a medium curly fry and a medium drink. Additionally, I selected no lettuce, and I paid a small $0.29 upcharge for crispy onion strings. The food was still decently tasty for the price, but my selections were largely ignored. Despite my request, there was lettuce on the sandwich, but no crispy onion strings. Additionally, the staff (which appeared to be just a single woman working the evening shift on a weekday) forgot my medium drink, and I had to come back for it. Overall, I am not angry, but I am certainly not impressed with this Arby's, either. UPDATE, 01/08/2026: The owner responded, asking me to leave my feedback on a marketforce.com link for review by Arby's customer care. I filled out the brief application twice, but both times the submission was rejected, yielding the following error message: "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is a735d3c0-7ec5-4c72-b805-4b3fa2a692be". If anything, this only makes the situation marginally worse.
