Tried to come here today and tried to order an Italian beef during lunch time. The guy tells me we have no beef available. So I try to order something else off the menu and they tell me that's not available either. How do you not have your main menu items available? Get your act together at this location and have food ready for lunch hour. Anyway, I went to Portillo's down the road and it was much better. Arby's you lost a customer.

I placed an online order for the Arby's on Finley Road in Downer's Grove for a Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon sandwich. I chose the meal option, which includes a medium curly fry and a medium drink. Additionally, I selected no lettuce, and I paid a small $0.29 upcharge for crispy onion strings.
The food was still decently tasty for the price, but my selections were largely ignored. Despite my request, there was lettuce on the sandwich, but no crispy onion strings. Additionally, the staff (which appeared to be just a single woman working the evening shift on a weekday) forgot my medium drink, and I had to come back for it.
Overall, I am not angry, but I am certainly not impressed with this Arby's, either.
UPDATE, 01/08/2026: The owner responded, asking me to leave my feedback on a marketforce.com link for review by Arby's customer care. I filled out the brief application twice, but both times the submission was rejected, yielding the following error message: "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is a735d3c0-7ec5-4c72-b805-4b3fa2a692be". If anything, this only makes the situation marginally worse.

Drive-thru. Fast, friendly, and clean. I had the Italian beef meal. The potato cakes are awesome. I am so happy that they're back. the best was the Coke. It was perfect. Cold, but not watered down. Flavorful. I haven't had a good fountain drink since they closed my white hen. I'm going out of my way to hit up this Arby's again. Often and soon. Located in Downers Grove on Finley north of Butterfield road.

I was here earlier today after 12:30 pm.
I never got the chance to dine in. I was standing at the counter waiting for a staff to take my order. They saw me standing there for at least 5 minutes, if not more, but no one came to serve me. The a female customers walked up past me to the counter with a coupon, then a female employee immediately approached her took her order right away while I was still waiting at the counter for more than 5 minutes, so I left disappointed.. I don't think she even give a hoot....
