I came in just satisfied with the service, but Sam went above and beyond by kindly apologizing for an issue I had during a previous visit and generously compensating for it. Her graciousness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out and completely changed my experience. I also want to give a big shout-out to her team for being friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout my visit. I’m very grateful for Sam and her team’s generosity and the way everything was handled. This is the kind of leadership and teamwork that keeps customers coming back.
