  I bought a pan of rib tips for a baby shower they were really bad everybody that attended could not belive they were from wilmas the meat was so tuff you could not eat them i will never waste my money there again

  Took over an hour for an online order. Went on a Sunday during a Bears game, maybe that's why but maybe they are not organized or fun staffed. Food was cool. If I go again it would not be on a weekend. I truly felt sorry to the delivery drivers would had to wait extended periods of time. The young lady at the pickup window was as friendly as she could be under the circumstances.

  Enough is enough. Too many times I ordered your expensive links and they are different size. One is so small it's not hard to see. I'm done! too expensive with all the shrinkflation of the food items its just unacceptable. Check your food open the container and look at it before u leave.

  Tonight 10-29-25 @7:02 ticket#455. The order was 2 LG. Rib Tip special for the price of$15.00ea. Now I was totally disappointed paid for a thin cut and the meat wasn't cut thin it was chopped up with a lot of bones and fatty meat. Then instead of what I've had several times before thinly cut portion was full not 1/2 of what you expected. Then on top of the food not being what I ordered it wasn't hot. The charges were very different from 10-22-25 ticket #330 same kind of order also 10-08-25 same order priced at $15.00 tax $1.46 total being $16.46 ea time within 2wks. and tonight my order was $15.00 ×2=$30. With a surcharge of3% and $2,00 for extra sauce which was never charged before and no surcharge either. My bill was $36.18 tonight and the only reason I didn't walk across the street to bring it back i really didn't feel like arguing about what was given to me I'm a senior and feel like if your food can be served correctly sometimes it should be consistent all the time. I should not have to down your place of business and go to your opposition to get a decent meal and you are right across the street from my home. But I'm done my taste buds were watering for good food and it wasn't fit to eat. This is very bad..I've included the photos of the fatty order which was suppose to be a large not small. Wish you the best moving forward but I'm done.

  poor customer service, I received an incorrect order, shame on me for not checking before departing establishment. when I called listed phone number to complain of incorrect order, I was provided a link to email my concern, after 3 hours no response,. I returned to the location about 5 hours to see if I could get the lunch special for the price I paid during lunch special period, i was refused, I paid a total of 9.98 for my chicken tip lunch special which included a tip of $1 20, I was given hot links instead of chicken tips, I cannot and do not eat spicy food. I was initially given a hard time, I no longer had the receipt, I gave the food to a homeless man , the receipt was in the bag. I even showed my bank app which clearly showed the amount being deducted from my account. I didn't want free food, I wanted the lunch special pricing, I was willing to pay $8.00 again, because I gave the food away. This is poor customer service but once again I should have checked my order for accuracy before leaving establishment. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING!
