  First time here at this location. We placed an online order for pickup. The online ordering was a little tricky as they didn't show all the items available. I guess they ran out of turkey links because I had to order pork instead. Also was able to order two turkey tips and wings combos. Once we checked in our order wasn't ready by the pick up time give and had to wait another 10-15 minutes. They were pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon but they still tried to remain friendly and welcoming. The food was pretty good once we got our orders. Turkey tips and wings were good but the pork links were just okay. It's a bit expensive for the amount you get but I might try them again if I'm in the area. Also, cute Flintstones theme.

  I ordered a large chicken tip and turkey link combo. The chicken tips are so rubbery and the turkey link is mushy. I asked for the link to be cut up and that didn't happen. I was asked if I wanted a lemonade.. said yes please and that didn't happen. Got more fries than meat. Just overall a bad experience.

  I go here very often and the food is very good but they seem to be falling off with the portion of food they are giving people for the amount money they are charging. Today I came and bought a mini rib however once I got home and start eating I noticed there was only maybe 10 ribs at total and majority of the ribs were so skimpy to the point there was little to no meat on the bone and some was just big bone covered with sauce smh so I continued eating just to see they covered the top with the little amount of ribs with majority of fries if I wanted a small fry I would’ve ordered that! Continue this up Wlimas you all will lose a bunch of customers food is tooo high to be cheating people out their money!

  Normally this is my go to place for bbq. Today we purchased from here and pit stop in Riverdale to do a comparison because my people swear by pitstop, I was tryna change their mind, so I ordered 25 wings a rib and rib tip combo a perch and chicken tips a turkey link. My ribs were burnt you can visibly see they were dried out so they smothered them in sauce my chicken tips were more so shredded along with the rib tips. I asked for my fish to be fried hard and it was! Also I dont know if the 25 wings came with fries but I had non. Yall really let me down today.

  I recently visited Wilma’s Barbecue in Dolton on Sibley, and I want to share how much I enjoyed my experience. The large tips, links, and chicken dinner were flavorful and well-prepared — overall, a very satisfying meal.I do have a few suggestions that could help make an already good experience even better. The rib tips could be cut with a bit more meat on the bone, as some pieces were mostly gristle. It would also be great to see a wider variety of sauce options — perhaps some that are less sweet, more savory, spicier, or even something like a jerk-style sauce.Given the price point of the meals, I think including a drink or dessert would add more value for customers. Alternatively, offering flexible sides (like allowing substitutions for fries) would give diners more choice and make the meals feel more customizable.Lastly, the order pickup process could be improved. Instead of calling out numbers — which many customers don’t always remember — consider adding a display or system that shows whose order is ready, so people can more easily track their place in line.Thank you for serving such good food and for continuing to build a great dining experience in the community.
