When I got a new drink it tasted salty. Meaning they just dipped their grimy fingers in my drink and took out the hair instead of getting me a refill. So unprofessional.

The shrimp tacos had a strong seafood smell when I opened them. The shrimp wasn’t well-seasoned, and the tortilla was not crispy like authentic birria tacos should be. It lacked that golden, pan-fried crisp texture. The dipping sauce was very salty and didn’t give the rich birria flavor I was expecting. The elote was okay — nothing bad, just nothing memorable. Customer service was welcoming, but slow. There seemed to be some confusion with orders, and things weren’t moving efficiently. Overall, it just wasn’t for me. I wouldn’t personally recommend it based on my experience, but others may feel differently.

The young lady who answers the phone is always short and comes across as rude. On my most recent order, I asked for the total, and she told me I would get it when I picked it up. That's unacceptable. If I'm sending someone else or paying cash, I need to know the total upfront. That's basic customer service. As for the food, it's not what it use to be. The fries are often cold, hard or undercooked, and the steak has been consistently overcooked, so I stop ordering the steak and switch to chicken because of the ongoing issue. Overall, the experience feels rushed and unprofessional. This place would benefit from improved customer service.
