They had me wait 10 to 15 minutes for my food to get ready. When they give me my food it had lettuce and cheese on it, and steak. Nothing else of what it came with. I asked them for a refund for messing up my order. They give it back no problem, but asked me do I want them to re make it, and said it would be quick. I said nope I already waited and don't have more time to wait, for them to re make my food.
- ALAlesia LeeNov 26, 20253.0I love this place but today was the first time I experienced attitude from the cashier I usually come in get elote no cayenne pepper the first couple times I’ve been here I ask for none but it was put on anyway I didn’t give attitude or anything just simply took it back got a new one…..today I forgot too say no cayenne pepper and before I even got my order I correct myself and said I forgot to say no cayenne but she said it couldn’t be exchanged okay cool I simply just asked what if I was allergic to cayenne pepper cashier response if u was allergic u would remember to not get it and a rude way…..after that I still order a new one but this all to say do better with your response to people and people do forget and make mistakes when ordering no need for attitude or smart responses and please don’t get mad when people respond with the same attitude u give out
