They pull people around to fudge their drive through times. All went down hill ever since they fired the manage they had a few years ago- he ran a strict program. Used to be fast, good quality, warm, and reliable. Once you’re in that drive through you are stuck for sometimes- and I’m not exaggerating- a half hour. Snail paced fast food. I feel sorry for the employees to be quiet honest because this is a very clear management issue.
