Arrived on time and waited another 10mins, only car in the drive thru. Got back home and none of the order was right except the bag of chips and the bottled pop. Free order of guac was not included in the bag. Food was cold and gross Called the number they have attached to the store and it’s all an automated system that puts you through to someone who might is not at the local store. Was only offered a refund minus the chips and pop. Never going again.

(Do employees use that one?). While ordering another customer came to the counter and told the employee the bathroom was disgusting. The response was the night crew didn’t do the job. It was 1 pm. Excuses. Food was okay but doubt we will ever stop here again.
- NNNoahDec 6, 20253.0i don’t eat at this place but i occasionally do doordash and about 2 night’s ago it was my first time walking in and i had to use the bathroom..respectfully it didn’t look like it’d been “up to code” cleaned in a minute. toilet paper roll sitting on the roller all nonchalant like 15 people before me haven’t touched every part of the roll already 😭. and i’ve never seen a bathroom sink in any establishment other then a small town back room bathroom casey’s sink, look that desperate for a serious wipe down. whatever, i’m only making this review because whoever’s running this particular chipotle need’s to switch it up a bit, treat your customers with respect and basic courtesy..and clean them GD bathroom’s like you have guest’s coming over.
