  Loren delivered my food 30 minutes later. Cold food. Rude on the phone and hung up on me. I paid delivery and tip! Loren is an example why people don't tip!

  Placed an order around 12am on a Saturday night and I’ve never gotten food so fast ! Customer service was perfect and food was perfect I was very happy with my visit today !!!!!!! Dude needs a raise fr

  Ordered pizza for myself and coworkers because we were incredibly busy and were starving. Online estimate said 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, the tracker said it hoped I was enjoying my meal. So I called the store, 4 miles up the road from our business, and the delivery driver was "just walking out" with our order. After another 25 minutes (We ordered at 5:10pm, we gave up and decided to starve until close at 6:40pm) I called to cancel my order. Spoke with a "manager" named Brittany. She didn't apologize or really care that this is unacceptable, canceled my order, and now I get to wait 2 business days before receiving my refund, as I had already paid for our meal online. Never again. I can't believe how screwed I feel. So I'm out $20 and we are all still hungry. Never again!
