  Today I had a disappointing experience at this location. There was a woman (possibly a manager or staff member) who was not friendly toward me. When a drink was accidentally spilled, I simply asked for some napkins to clean it up, but she responded rudely, saying something like “did you order napkins?”. That made me feel disrespected. I believe staff should be more polite and helpful to customers in situations like this.

  On two different occasions I have ordered pasta salad- months apart, and both times I found hair in the salad. Check your food.

  I placed my order online and when I tell you, my sandwich is the bomb. Yummy I literally think it’s so delicious thank you so much. It was very important to me when I’m want my sandwich cut in half. And it was a success thank you

  Basically waited 20 minutes for my sandwich in the drive thru, when I clearly saw multiple workers just standing around. Definitely not freaky fast. Do better JJ's.

  Avoid this place at all cost or atleast when the manager Blaine is working. He is extremely rude and aggressive toward his staff and customers. I was picking up a order and was snapped at by said manager and got told I need to hold the hell on. While I was waiting on said order I noticed all the associates looked intimated by the manager. He made the atmosphere for customers and workers not enjoyable. He was throwing items around behind the counter and slamming the bread tray cart around and just doing the absolute most to show people he doesn't enjoy being there. I left there so upset that my husband and ended up going in and saying how you dont treat customers that way and blaine tried getting into a major confrontation with my husband . All staff was there to witness the aggresiveness and cameras were in there also.So again I say avoid this place or at least when that manager is on shift. I hope corporate will take a look at this and see for themselves. But regardless I'll be going to morris location for now on even though it's sad because I live only a mile away from this one but I'll definitely travel the distance for better service.unacceptable.
