  Now I told them no mayonnaise on anything, when I got to Texas and open my sandwich it had extra mayonnaise I was mad 14 dollars down smh look at that sandwich 🥪

  Tonight the kids wanted Jimmy Johns for dinner. When I tried ordering on the website, it said I was one block outside the delivery area. When I called the store, the manager Justine made sure we were left hungry. She made it so we got our food and was super nice and helpful. Nobody wants to deal with BS on a Monday night trying to order food for their family. She made my night with her professionalism and kind nature. Highly recommend this location!

  Food was great (JJ always is) Staff needs retrained. You will not earn rewards even if you give them your phone number. Avoid the Coal City location at all costs.

  Food is good but my goodness the drive thru takes 25 minutes minimum. DRIVE THRU IS UNBELIEVABLY SLOW
