  this McDonald's is absolutely horrible and a total rip off. it is the closest to our home so we have frequented it many many many times. and every time we try and give it a chance and they screw us. Especially on the amount of ice cream they give you, which is almost none. when asking why they don't put any ice cream in our cone they tell us McDonald's has lowered their standards. so we basically gave them our money for nothing. no ice cream problems at other locations. never again and I'm going to tell everybody about this establishment and the management doesn't care either. been to 20 other McDonald's and never a problem but this golf road location has been horrible absolutely horrible for years. so McDonald's you can thank the stingy manager at the golf road loc.that our family will never be back. why would we want to get taken to the cleaners so many times when there are so many other restaurants close by. enough is enough, get a clue golf road McDonald's.

  Very disappointing experience. I placed a curbside pickup order and waited over 10 minutes without receiving my food. I had already checked in through the app, but no one came out to deliver the order. This defeats the purpose of curbside service. If customers are expected to wait this long, the option shouldn’t be offered. I hope management improves the organization and service.

  How is it possible to be this slow? Don’t come to this place after 11pm unless you want to wait 45 minutes in the drive through.

  This place sucks. They charged me for two different orders in the drive through. Neither were mine. Had to go inside to explain everything multiple times and wait a half hour to get a refund.
