  I pulled up to Pizza Hut with my friends like we were forming a protective council, strictly as a precaution against the mysterious vibes of the dark Chicago streets. You never know — sometimes you just need backup for a pizza run. 🍕 First thing I noticed? The door handle was looser than my uncle’s storytelling after Thanksgiving dinner. It wiggled like it had seen some things. Not exactly confidence-inspiring, but hey — it opened, and that’s what mattered. Once inside, though, things smoothed out like melted mozzarella on a fresh pie. The staff moved with the efficiency of a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Our order came out quick — no dramatic waiting, no hunger-induced despair. Just hot, cheesy redemption delivered to the table. And the pizza? Golden, bubbling, and unapologetically indulgent. The cheese stretched like it was auditioning for a slow-motion commercial, and every bite hit with that familiar, comforting punch of sauce and crust working in perfect harmony. It wasn’t life-changing, but it was exactly what it promised to be — warm, satisfying, and dependable. Loose door handle aside, it was a solid experience. Good food, fast service, and I made it out of the Chicago night victorious — full stomach, no casualties. That’s a four-star mission accomplished in my book.

  I ordered the triple box 2 medium pizzas one topping and a desert, first pizza was thin crust, half beef, half chicken, second pizza just cheese. I asked if my one topping could be cheese, she said the pizza already come with cheese, I said yes I know I want extra cheese, she said ok. When she told me the total I asked if she was charging me for cheese she said yes because you want extra, I tried to explain to her that I just wanted my one topping to be cheese so she said ok I'll take it off. It's been many years since I've been to the Hut. This was undoubtedly the worse pizza I have ever had, hands down! Pictured one slice of each, I think when she took the cheese off, she took all of it off! We still have almost 2 pizzas left....

  Extremely poor food quality. We got the pan pizza but it was almost flat as a thin crust.

  I placed an online order for carry out well in advance (the night before) and received a confirmation. Went in to pick up the order and was told by the manager, Steven, that there was no such order. We attempted to show him the confirmation number and he refused to even look at it. He was rude and unhelpful and did not even offer an apology, much less offer to make the order. I should have looked at the reviews beforehand. Will never visit this location again.
