I don't know if the cooks just had the worst off day of what but the food was terrible. There wasn't a lot of people seated either which would of made seance of this situation but that wasn’t the case (four tables, two tables of groups of two(had their food), one table of three(had their food), and one table of four (was waiting for their food before we even placed an order) not including the table I was at with two including myself) . The bloomin onion wasn't fully cooked and the sauce just tasted off. That was tolerable. My partner ordered a burger with nod cheese, once the burger was presented we kindly asked to get one without cheese and the server was supper apologetic, we weren’t in a rush so we were surprised when a new one arrived within 10 minutes. Imagine my horror when I watched my partner take two huge bites out of a completely raw burger. it was basically falling apart from the inside out. We didn't want to keep wasting food but both had completely lost our appetite. The only complaint I even had on my plate was that they just fully burnt my stake. I was nervous to correct the mistake after witnessing the first "correction".

This location CANNOT produce a rare steak. I've tested this since July 2025. I'm not sure if they're rushing food...which should produce a rare steak. I'm not sure of they're high...which means you're paying attention, so I should have a rare steak... Either way, I don't even get medium, its always well done and I don't understand why when the cost is $100+ and tip. I reached out to corporate and I never received a reply. This never happens at Longhorn Steakhouse. You lost a customer today. Good luck.
