We have had missing items before but all previous complaints have been ameliorate with generous discount coupons, at first only usable for in-restaurant dining, because that option is not possible, Sarah the store manager and Angie in customer service went above and beyond to make coupons work and outstanding food delivered hot and to our very specific requests. A+ Bravo to the Mannheim store!

There was no space for people to wait to be seated. There was no communication about what was going on. Currently hangry 🤬 Recommended going to another location. Edit to add: we made our reservation an hour before arriving so when we arrived it was interesting to see 2 people seated in a 6 person booth when there are 2 people booths at this location

I couldn’t believe the prices and how kind the wait staff was! I would definitely come back to this location.
