Today the curly haired customer service man had to come to scan his override key for a purchase. All the way over and walking away complaining that people wanted to use self checkout. Complaining about people not wanting to go to cashiers and have interactions. Again that’s our choice. If you don’t like self checkout take them out. I don’t feel the need to be belittled while paying for my groceries. I said Wr don’t want to go to a cashier and he still walked away complaining. This is the person you have at your customer service desk?

Not so much in the app, but more so with the shoppers who are picking out my food and their lack of communication through the chat. This last time I had ordered a specific item and instead of giving me that item, they substituted the item without my consent. In addition, I have ordered specific fruits, such as pineapples and strawberries. And, I have had groceries placed all in one bag and the bag rips. Also, I have had fresh fruit, pasta, and yogurt placed in the same bag with cleaning products and frozen items. And I have even received rotten fruit and vegetables. I have contacted management about this and they seem very nonchalant. Also, I don’t like that jewel will send me an email grading themselves with everything going under “great,” but will not allow me to grade them with my service. I am disappointed with the lack of service and commitment.
