  Hello, I placed a pickup order today from the Des Plaines location (Order #8252495). The order included a 12” thin crust cheese pizza, garlic parmesan fries, and the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken & Broccoli. The pasta I received had no chicken. I understand mistakes happen, but when I called the store the options I was given were not reasonable. I was told I could drive back with the meal (a 25-minute drive each way), come back another time, or get the chicken the next time I order something. I was also told a refund wasn’t possible because the order was placed online through your website. Driving almost an hour round trip for missing chicken isn’t practical, and saying an online order can’t be refunded doesn’t make sense. What surprised me most was the manager’s unprofessional response and lack of willingness to offer a reasonable solution. I’m just asking for a fair resolution for the missing item. Thank you.

  Even though the menu says daily and the online menu also says available Bailey I was not able to get the lunch special on a Sunday and the lady behind the counter was very rude
