  We had planned to eat here based on recommendations from others and found that the place was closed at 8:15pm and wouldn't allow my wife, kids, and father-in-law to come in. We had been looking forward to trying deep dish pizza, but this location made us all very sad, left us hungry, and forced us into the hands of corporate fast food.

  The entire pizza tasted like it was frozen and heated. Waste of time and a ruin of appetite. I am so disappointed. Someone should reach out for feedback because this is not right.

  We had placed an online order to make sure we didn't have to wait 45 minutes with Children. We were traveling and felt this was easiest way. When we arrived i asked if we could sit at a table inside as it appeared to be an order and the counter and have a sit situation. I was told i had to pay for a table? Pay for a table after i just paid for the pizza ($40). I thought that was very rude and didn't seem right. So we sat outside. I put on our online order we needed plates and napkins etc. we did not get plates and was told because we were out but that's why we were given napkins? First, the pizza is heavy and second we are talking about kids (3 year old was the youngest). I asked for a smaller box so we could make plates and was begrudged given it. As a current business owner-two options go across the street to the grocery store and buy plates or 2 give us the plates you have for the tables inside. We went to Giordano's for comfort after a funeral and traveling 15 hours a day. The service was rude. I guess we will stick to the downtown location.

  ⭐ 0 Stars – I’d Rather Cook My Own Pizza Than Deal With This Place Tried calling to place an order because they said they had delivery. Spoiler alert: they don’t. The person on the phone made it sound like I was asking them to solve world peace just by asking a simple question. Then they left me on hold so long I could’ve baked a deep dish myself. If you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and treated like an inconvenience — you’ll love this place. For everyone else: save yourself the headache and order from literally anywhere else.

  Ordered pick-up for 2 pizzas on my way home to Huntley. I used to work in the areas, so I thought I'd give them a try. Now that I got my pizzas and tried this place I want to edit my review. I will still keep the 5 star review, but add some other notes with photos. The owners daughter was such a pleasure tp deal with and so friendly. I enjoyed talking to her while waiting for my pizza. I accidently ordered the tavern style, which was my mistake. She said it's a new one corporate is trying out. We'll, it was definitely overcooked, burnt. She said they have to cook it this way to make it crispy. If this is true, this will not go over because when I took it home this pizza was so dry it.tasted like it has no sauce on it. I took pics of how it looked. Some people may like it cooked this much, I'm not a fan of burnt crust. But, my other 2 pizzas were excellent. So, I will come back to this location. Even thiugh it's kind of far for me, the owner's daughter, whose name I forgot made it all worth it. Please open a location in Huntley. We need one here. 😊
