    When i ask for lightly toasted bagels, i expect them to be lightly toasted, not to be put in the oven with the sausage and egg to be blasted with heat. Also, they forgot my bacon, again

    I came in to have some coffee. There are three employees working here today, and they’re constantly arguing with each other EXTREMELY LOUDLY. I can’t even hear the voice from a YouTube video in my earphones—it’s terrible! Where did you even find these people? They completely ignore requests to calm down and just keep yelling at each other. What kind of approach to business is this? It’s a nightmare.
