    The guy screwed up my order. I can something wasn't right. I called him on it. He insisted he was right. I pulled away giving him the benefit of a doubt. It was supposed to be a frozen caramel coffee, I taste chocolate not coffee. Last time I go there

    Very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I politely asked the employee to make my coffee properly, but he clearly didn’t care and acted like he didn’t want to work at all. I paid almost $6 and received a cup that was barely half full (see photo). This is unacceptable. If an employee hates his job this much, he shouldn’t be working with customers.     Very unwelcoming place, rude, entitled and inconsiderate. Not to mention with no line in the Drive-Thru and pulled right up, mind you having a mobile order of hash browns took more time waiting than if I ordered at the window.

    This is what a shaken espresso looks like, according to the barista (and it also has sugar in it, when it should be sugar-free). A long wait at night (I was alone, there were no other cars in the queue and not a single customer inside). Very disappointing.
