Had a fabulous bowl for lunch. It was my first time and they explained everything before I ordered. Healthy and delicious. The food is a party in your mouth- so many flavors. Will be coming back asap. Hope they open a BIBIBOP in Minneapolis.
No chalant atmosphere, despite it being busy some nights. Brad was a wonderful staff member
I would never place a catering order from here again!
Catered from here once for an employee appreciation day. I ordered the food well in advance. The store is understaffed and disorganized, resulting in our office receiving the food 1.5hrs late and organizers sitting waiting for that long. Not how you want an employee appreciation day to go. Left the organizers very disappointed. 2/10 but food is pretty good.

I traveled to Chicago to host 25 business owners for a lunch meeting at a nearby office. I ordered from this location via a DoorDash group order. Every other place will label each order by who ordered it so it's easy to distribute. That was not done and we were missing items, so we took up valuable meeting time sifting through to figure out who ordered what. Terrible experience, do better!

This review has nothing to do with the food. My wife has a gluten allergy and it is rare to find an all gluten-free menu with great food like this. This review is solely related to the service at this location that I received yesterday.
I planned to use a BOGO bowl deal from the app when coming in. I pick my bowls and get to checkout and scan the code and there seems to be a problem. The worker/cashier tells me the code is ringing up as 'item not found'. She gets instantly unsettled and panicked. She has me scan the code about 10 times without changing anything. She tries to tell me that I have the wrong location, but I showed her I had the correct one selected in the app. She says she doesn't know what's happening and that they can't do anything about it. I show her the code saying BOGO bowl. I was about to walk out of the store with nothing and have the 2 bowls go to waste, but I see in the app there is a lot of fine print with the BOGO deal. It excludes some of their most popular toppings among other things and restricts the ability to add anything like a second protein. With so many restrictions on the deal, I asked what I could even get with the deal. She said chicken and tofu. I guess it was on me for assuming that 'BOGO bowl' means any bowl of equal or lesser value.
In the short term, the business got their best case scenario: a mistaken customer to come in and pay for 2 bowls full price. In the long run, they may have lost themselves a loyal customer.
TL;DR Their food is fantastic and all gluten-free. Their rewards program is not good and somewhat deceptive. Their service at the Des Plaines location on Tuesday nights is atrocious. If I could give 0 stars for service, I would.
To BIBIBOP: If you're reading this, please train your workers to know what they might run into with the app. Please use the app to entice customers to want to come back often (Ex/ McDonald's, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks). Please train your workers to offer great service, it really does make a difference on whether or not people will come back or not (Ex/ Chick-fil-a).
