- FFfilteredfitJan 12, 20261.0Why would my previous review not be here?! Has to be the 2nd worst BR I've been to so, I'll give them that. Attitude of this specific employee is utterly miserable. Not to mention you order ahead way to far in advance and app shows flavors they don't have. I find it extremely odd in today's technology era there is not proper inventory matching or at least the owner selecting what flavors to have listed for their store. And when you give a scoop of ice cream give napkins as well as don't ask me to move to next window when nobody behind me so, I can see you taking an extended amount of time for one scoop or what you did to it.

They called because the image didn't come thru on the app. I sent the correct image to the managers email. It was scheduled for 11 am pick up. When 8 arrived at 11:15 the entire staff was confused and had to call the manager and told me that it would be there at noon. When I wife pick it up it was the wrong size and no one working could help. They told me to contact customer service but couldn't give me a number. I warn everyone to avoid going to this location.

The milkshake takes the longest to make. You make the shake first and then the sundaes, since they can be made more quickly....

Both times have been through drive thru cause it was late and both times communication was a problem. It was the same woman both times and you can barely hear her through her scarf and coughing. Not great to hear someone coughing so hard it sound like they're dying. First time I got a brownie sundae and it was great, second time I ordered the same thing and was told she was only serving single or double scoop ice cream. I left with no purchase. I will drive the extra few miles for the next location from now on.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
