  Great place for a nice quick bite. Great selection to build your own bimbimbap. Quick service as you build your own bowl. Food was perfect!

  First time ordering from BIBIBOP Asian Grill and I’m seriously impressed. Huge shoutout to Brad for going above and beyond—he walked me through the ordering process and gave some spot-on recommendations. That kind of customer service is rare and definitely appreciated. The food? Absolutely awesome. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Brad made the whole experience 5-star from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location next time I’m in the area.

  I would not cater from this location again. We placed a $650 order weeks in advance, yet pickup was delayed 1.5 hours. When we finally received the order, an entire protein tray was missing, requiring another hour-long trip and wait to fix it. What should have been a simple pickup turned into 2.5+ hours of wasted time and left our entire office waiting. When we followed up, we were told nothing could be done because feedback wasn’t submitted within 48 hours. The food was fine, but the service was unreliable and disorganized.

  We visited Bibibop today using our buy-one-bowl-get-one-free coupon. We’ve had a few issues at this location in the past, but my husband had previously spoken with Jason, the manager, who told him to ask for him next time and he would take care of us. When we came in today, we asked for Jason and he was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a bowl with crispy chicken and my husband got the steak bowl and a side of miso salmon. Jason kindly comped one of the bowls, so we only paid for our drinks and the side. Everything was very good. I especially love that everything here is gluten-free, which makes it perfect for me since I have celiac disease. The portions were large and very filling, and the lemonade was delicious. We will definitely be back.
