There was only one employee before a second arrived and helped me; this might be due to the pandemic and staffing issues. The first, female employee didnt greet me, or tell me to wait, so theres that. She was busy doing drive through orders so I cant expect her to help right away, but I think thats also how they operate. Anyway, pretty normal buisness, just needs more employees. 3/5
- AUAhmet Senih UysalerDec 8, 20181.0I came here thinking I could cool my previously burnt by hot chocolate, tongue with some nice ice cream. Unfortunately I probably picked to 3 worst possible flavors and my tongue feels even more burnt now. I thought I would try their specialty daiquiri Ice, lime ice with rum flavoring but it tasted liked someone froze hand sanitizer. For the second flavor I thought world class chocolate should be good. I mean it's called world class, well it was garbage. It had the same denseness as melted crayons and was 90% vanilla. I don't know if it was just put out or if it was supposed to be that way. The last flavor I tried was pistachio and almonds and I thought there's no way pistachio ice cream could be bad well it was. I don't know where they got their pistachios from but the ice cream tasted like they were at least a couple decades old before they were made into ice cream. The almonds in the ice cream were also all soft and mushy making it even worse. Basically my worst experience possible probably I recommend you should always taste test before you try a new flavor cause I completely regret my decisions. Also the bathroom was completely dirty and covered with piss where the seat is. Although that's probably some random dudes fault, it doesn't improve the impression I had on the experience.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
