  Maybe it was a messed up april fools prank, but on April 1st I got one strawberry milkshake from this Mcdonald’s and went to go take a sip, just to see that there was a ginormous rat dead in the bottom of my cup. I not only ingested the milkshake with the rat, but ingested rat droppings as well. I am on Accutane, and I risked my health to take Doxycycline in order to avoid and potential diseases or complications I could have gotten from this. Even now, I have to be monitored by my primary care doctor for the next 7 weeks to ensure I won’t be sick from this. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. There was a very long line, but despite that my drink should have been quality checked and I don’t know how somebody missed an entire rat in the bottom of my cup. Absolutely disgusting and unfortunately not the first awful thing I’ve heard of this location.

  My food was great! It came out fast and hot. The staff was working extremely hard even though there were multiple customers giving them a hard time and a few that stole orders that weren’t theirs. The staff handled everything very well and were very kind.

  This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had—I would have given zero stars if that were an option. It took 40 minutes just to have my mobile order code taken, and the employee handling orders was rude and unprofessional. They also attached another customer’s receipt to my order, and my mocha frappé was missing. When I asked about the mocha and requested an extra ranch, I was told it would cost extra. I declined, but as I started to leave, the employee called me back and tossed a ranch at me in a disrespectful manner. I would not recommend this location, especially during nighttime.

  On March 17th I returned to this McDonald’s around 10:30pm to retrieve a phone I had left behind, I know for a fact the phone is there because I can see it on find my iPhone. I walk into the lobby completely unobstructed with a very simple request but the manager refused to retrieve my phone because the lobby had apparently closed. She told me repeatedly that my phone was not there and even spoke to a fellow employee in a manner so that I would not understand, before that employee confirmed my phone isn’t there. It took these employees longer to lie to my face then it would have to walk to the office and retrieve my property. Shame on this manager and shame on the franchise owner. If you’re lobby is closed the doors should be locked !

  I hate to give a good review to gslop like mcdonalds, but this place has been fine. They are usually somewhat nice and usually get my order correct. I dont order any meat items so I cant speak to that. The most complex order I do is fries and a variety of sauces. To my surprise, they usually get the sauces right. Gotta give the credit for that. Its mcdonalds after all i dont expect them to be super stars lol. Note, ive never been here during peak hours. I make sure to only go at night or early morning bc I hate lines lol and I would assume quality could drop during the rush.
