The person taking my order did not seem interested and gave me my drink while touching the inside of it with gloves on. The food was decent but I felt sick the whole time knowing the drink had been touched my gloves that were tainted. I asked the manager if they could fill the fry bag like they do at the location in rockford and was promptly denied. I thought that was five guys policy? So disappointed. Always been a loyal customer.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
