The term “plain” Id like to believe is a universal fast food term. I got two plain cheese burgers, one came with everything on it and the other without cheese. I was the only car in the drive through… I’d get it if they were slammed busy, but it was dead.

The employee's ignore the customer inside the restaurant. They just kept walking by. Had to actually yell to get someone to help me. Then was treated like crap. No complaints about the food

The truth is that they gave me all the bad food and they didn't give me what I asked for, and the food is still cold and will last. What a bad experience.
