During busy times, customers are forced to wait through a slow line - even when the order is ready but the person in front of yours isn’t. Combine this with the fact that there is no dedicated drive thru person, you could be waiting awhile for an employee to come to the drive the. This location has addressed this in the past by having a door bell for customers to press when they are at the window. That said, the door bell is in disrepair for quite some time and the owner has opted to not replace the door bell and instead to leave it in a broken state with a hand written note to call the store and wait for a store employee to answer the phone. This set up is a very poor customer experience.

The staff is so friendly and greeted me when I walked in. I always enjoy ordering from this location. The restaurant is clean and organized. I highly recommend Papa John's. They always have great coupons on their app.
