If I'm going to shell out steakhouse level money, I would rather just go to a steakhouse. Too many other burger joints that are a better value. The serving size of the fries keeps shrinking. Throwing a half empty cup in the bag and placing a few fries in the bag loosely is not the same as ordering fries and getting the leftovers from the basket added to your bag like they used to do. Never having whipped cream for the shakes because the employees have huffed all the cans like whippets is not acceptable.

Very friendly, and it wasn't busy so they brought my food to the table after it was ready. They even offered a to-go bag for my peanuts. They also did the best lettuce wrap I've ever had, as I had a triple burger and was able to eat the whole thing down to the last two bites without it falling apart. Certainly took care to build a well put together, lettuce wrapped burger.

Extremely disappointing when a burger is almost $15 that they can't get better help that can get a simple order right. Forget about it!
