  Employees weren’t working or concerned about food preparations from what I could tell. They seemed to be laughing and making jokes while ignoring the people waiting for food. You have lost me as a customer Five guys.

  Waiting to pick up an order. Four employees, 1 actually working trying to push out orders while the other 3 are hiding in the back screwing around doing anything but actually working. What a joke...

  on 1/31/2026 I went in around dinner time and received horrible service. The person taking my order did not seem interested and gave me my drink while touching the inside of it with gloves on. The food was decent but I felt sick the whole time knowing the drink had been touched my gloves that were tainted. I asked the manager if they could fill the fry bag like they do at the location in rockford and was promptly denied. I thought that was five guys policy? So disappointed. Always been a loyal customer.

  This place used to be so good and it’s a shame what happened. The workers do not care and do not wash their hands as i’ve seen the past two weeks. The guy who took my order had airpods in and was talking to his friend. I’m paying $40 for food and I have to put up with this? Ridiculous staff. Whoever is in charge needs to clean house or change something.

  Ordered food to be picked up at 1PM on 12/16/25, came in at 1:02 PM and no one was present except for a guy taking his lunch break. After 5 minutes he stands up, washes his hands and walks to the back. A few minutes later he returns to the front with two of his coworkers. The shorter darker skinned girl asked me how she could help, I said I'm just here to pickup my order. She rudely turns around, says I can't understand him, you talk to him to her coworker and she walks back to the back of the store. So the guy asked me what I ordered, and I'm like bro I just want to pick up my order. The guy turns to his coworker, the one who was previously on his lunch break, tells him to cook my fries and walks to the back of the store. After my fries were done the guy hands me my bag and I left the store at around 1:23PM. Fries were overdone, and burger was kind of warm at best. Not sure what happened to this place. I ate here all the time and with no issues. This was genuinely the worst service I've ever experienced from a fast food location, I will not be returning and I advice others to avoid this location.
