  I’m not exactly sure what’s the point of having an Einstein bagel with no cream cheese. Einstein bagel is known for the amount of cream cheese that they put on your bagels. When visiting this location, I was told that they are trained to not put a lot of cream cheese on the bagels at all, which resulted in me having to pay two extra dollars for the regular amount of cream cheese that should’ve been on my bagel. The cashier clearly has no knowledge. I’ve been going to Einstein‘s for 10+ years and I’ve never had a bagel that barely has any cream cheese. Einstein is known for its generous shmear of cream cheese and there’s no reason I should’ve had to pay more!

  I really love the app rewards—made it easy to grab a dozen bagels for the office, and everyone loved them! The bagels were fresh and flavorful, and the coffee was warm and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean. It can get a bit busy at times, but overall a great spot for breakfast or a quick coffee run.

  I purchase chocolate chip bagels in bulk to take home and put in the freeze. They are so delicious and freezing them gives me fresh delicious bagels for myself and guests to defrost on the drop of the hat moment. They are so kind to prepare just what I want and have it ready for me to pick up conviently.

  Had some bagels catered at work so I thought I'd try more from the source right on my college campus. First time I went was around 3:30, close to closing, and there was a huge crowd waiting to receive their orders, but no one waiting to order at the register. I go up and I'm first in line while all these employees get other orders ready. That's fine I get how hard these kinds of jobs are, but I wasn't acknowledged once, I think I waited around for like 5 minutes *first in line* mind you before I left. Come to see that there was a cashier at the register taking care of the person who was behind me after I leave the line. Like hello?? Second time I go and actually order food I order and sit down come to find the one free spot out of the entire place had an outlet that did not work. Weird and annoying and an inconvenience but whatever. I get my food and its just okay. I ordered the farmhouse which isn't bad but it didn't change my whole world you know. Same with the caramel macchiato, just alright. All in all I probably will never go to this location again, its always busy and the food is just okay.

  Went on 12/03/25 at around 11 am. Ordered a sandwich and a coffee. They use a name based order system. I was initially given the wrong order, which is no problem, that happens. I had to touch the food to figure out the order was wrong. I walk up to the counter to let them know and who I assume to be the manager, a middle aged white woman, first blames me for grabbing the wrong order. I let her know that I double checked with her employees that they called my name when I grabbed the order. She took the wrong order out of my hands, wrapped it back up, and called the name of the girl who actually had that order. I let the girl whose order it was know that they didn’t remake it after I had touched everything when they mistakenly gave it to me. That is a super disgusting practice, which is a shame cause the food isn’t bad
