Well I went and got one anyway because every 2nd or 3rd time I come here my coffee is made wrong and/or I get the wrong donut. Last time I didn't even leave the drive thru and noticed my coffee wasn't right. They pulled me up to the front, made a fresh pot and gave me new cup... got home and donut was wrong. So before the new year I got a small coffee maker. Done with paying for stuff here and not getting it. You can keep the points. It's coffee and donuts. Then they blame it on "new employees"... Well maybe try training them correctly and see how that works lol. You can keep all the points in the app its not even worth going there for free stuff at this point it's that bad
