- TTTroy TaylorDec 28, 20251.0We have been supporting this location for years. We came for lunch and were waiting in line behind someone who was taking a cake order. After their order was complete the staff member walked away. Two other people came in after us and the staff immediately took their order. I’m not sure why we were overlooked? Waited 20 minutes in the dining area for our lunch. Walked back to the counter and was told our meal had been “erased”, but they would make it and bring it out ASAP. Another 10 minute wait. Went back for a sundae (came with the meal) and ordered a blizzard for almost $6. The blizzard was smaller than the included sundae. Really bad experience, really poor customer service, questionable if we’ll go back as our recent visit wasn’t a good value for our time or the money.

I was told to be careful as the employee handed me a dripping/overflowing blizzard, that as she handed it to me, went down my coat and all over my car. The employee then just handed me napkins and pretended to sweep. No apology whatsoever. I read other reviews where DQ responded by stating to contact the franchise owner, which I did, but no response. Update to response: It’s frustrating to see the same generic response here after being ignored privately. I feel like no one at the store or in ownership has taken responsibility. This experience has really changed how I view this location.
