    4 hours prior to closing they were out of fajitas, corn, cheese, and lettuce. Also staff was closing up the restaurant, putting away chairs and other items. This is not the first time either. I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience where they were not out of ingredients.

    Ordered on new years eve for lunch while I'm working all day myself. Did mobile orders only and had to wait outside. My taco tortilla wasn't heated and served hard and cold. One of the tacos had exactly 3 pieces of chicken in it. I get it's a holiday but I have to work too, It was just lunch time not late at night...

    Music was loud enough that we could not hear conversations of others and could still enjoy convo at my table. I loved it. Staff is constantly keeping up with cleaning the sitting area and the service was above and beyond for me.

    This store is terrible. This is the second or third time I have been at this store and it was out of something. Every time I complain they just give a generic response saying they are sorry. Terrible service & terrible experience. Go to the one off Annie Glidden if you’re local and actually want a good experience that is consistent!

    The last 4 times I have been to the Sycamore, IL location they have been out of something steak, cheese, chips or corn. About 2-3 months ago we got chips, guacamole and pico and the chips were stale. When I drove the 18 mins back to the store because I had already gotten home I was told "oh yeah I had them on my lunch break and they were stale then too." She called the manager over and said, "she wants a refund bc the chips are stale remember we got them on our break and they were bad then." I was given a refund but come on. You knew they were bad and management acknowledged they were bad but you guys continued selling chips!?!?! I was told the chips are made every morning so they cannot just make more. Okay then take them all off the shelf bc who the hell wants stale chips!?!?!?! I wasn't going to write a review about this but given the multiple poor experiences I think corporate should be aware. Today at 08:30 pm they again are out of cheese and corn. How can this be when you are open until 11 pm?? Not to mention the restaurant looks disgusting with half of it broken down for cleaning but they don't close for 3.5 more hours. This is insane and I'm sure it won't be long until they are closed down for lack of ingredients, poor quality of what they do have and poor management. Why do you have roughly 10 employees working if only 1 of you is helping customers?? Why not have some of them restocking everything that is out of stock ot helping the line of people?? Make it make sense!
