Service is awful... Last 3 times there has been a floor full of people and maybe 3 in the wait staff... Took 20 minutes to get a drink... Tell Buffalo wild wings to staff their restaurant or avoid going... Just brutal

Took my boys to Buffalo Wild Wings to give them another chance. We went at 3:30 when it wasn’t even busy. Our waitress was fine — no issues there. But we waited about 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, everything was cold. Wings, fries, cheeseburger… all of it.
For what I spent on four people, this was really disappointing. We will not be back.

Missing items, wrong items, cold food, slow service. The only thing consistent with this location is that it is bad every time. No one cares here. No thank you. I'll go to Wingstop.

Went with a group of five people. The store wasn’t busy at all only a couple of tables sat down and it took 50mins to get our food. Almost all of it was cold, the wings were drenched in sauce, and the celery was mostly mush like it was weeks old. One of my friends had to wait another 15 minutes for their food too and that came cold also. Staff wasn’t very attentive and I think I saw them take a second to go gossip too so that was nice. Overall pretty sad. I usually like bdubs but this location felt like it was off brand or something.

I've never written a bad review before, but this needs to be said. My brothers, a friend, and I dined in at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was busy, so we didn’t mind the short wait. Our waitress, Judy, took a really long time to get our drinks and food orders in; I was about ready to grab someone to get our food going. When she finally got to us, my older brother said, in a calm voice, "You guys should hire more people." We were taken aback when she snapped, "Then you should apply." We ignored it, thinking maybe she misread the situation. Then our friend Mike apologized, saying, "Sorry about my friend; he didn’t mean that in a bad way," because we didn’t want a bad relationship with the waitress. Judy started saying, "People are so lazy these days, and I’m 45 and have to waitress, and it’s ridiculous because I have health issues and bills to pay." I felt bad, but not really, because she was calling people lazy for not wanting to work when we all work in a business environment. I was getting mad, and I lost it when my older brother asked for the bill, and Judy said, "Wow, you have money to pay." I told my brothers I wasn’t tipping her, and we walked out.
