#1, every single time I come in here, Mikaila talks to me like I’m wasting her time, this is my fourth negative interaction with her. #2, we placed an order with five meals. We received only 4, with one of them being a mistake. After over 20 minutes of going back and forth and one girl repeatedly asking me which ONE burger is missing, I explain repeatedly that technically TWO are missing because one is wrong. I even heard the cook raise his voice saying the order was correct. She goes in back FIVE times and comes back to ask which ONE burger I want replaced. I told her to bring me the bags so I can remove the mistake and she can see because she’s not getting what I’m saying. She goes in back and the cook comes out, throws his hands up and accuses ME of having an attitude, yet not a single employee is LISTENING. Now I only explain it to him twice and he finally gets it! We’ve been here over 30 minutes with melted ice cream and we’re still waiting for food. After 10 more minutes, ANOTHER girl comes from the back to ask AGAIN!!!!!! We’ve been here for 40 minutes now and it’s still not done! Total of 50 minutes, the three burgers that didn’t need fixing are cold, the fries are cold. Our ice cream is melted! We spent almost $100 total this evening. And every employee that made this visit difficult hid in the back and they sent the nicest one out, like I’m the villain! Yet they couldn’t get the order right and wouldn’t listen. I understand it was busy and the dinner rush, but solving an issue shouldn’t take almost an hour, to end in poor food because it’s melted or cold. I too work in the food service industry for a large corporation and what happened this evening would be cause for management action. I WILL be contacting the store and need someone from above a position in the store to contact me. Also, an employee started their shift during this, didn’t wash her hands and started making ice cream.
