- KKKarol3 days ago1.0I am very disappointed with my visit tonight. I witnessed a young blonde girl by the name of “Gigi” who was working doing pick up orders be very rude and disrespectful to a young man picking up an order. It upset me just hearing how she was so sassy and rude to this boy while he was still being respectful to her after she treated him that way. It also looked like there was a young boy back there with her who was just hanging around and either wasn’t an employee or wasn’t on the clock.

The service is always slow (I'm currently sitting waiting for a takeout order we made an hour ago) and accuracy is not great. We liked our neighborhood BWWs where we previously lived, but I can't justify spending money on the food here any more when it's expensive and the service is really bad.
