I recognized you from a distance when you approached me because you helped me in the past at Home Depot—and you were the best there as well. Please say hi to Kevin when you see him. He’ll take care of you and always be there to help. You are truly appreciated!

I would recommend somebody having a discussion with him about what being pleasant and providing good customer service looks like. It’s lucky that the store has a cashier like Robert. Robert was wonderful when I was checking out. Very pleasant and smiled quite a bit. Also incredibly helpful along with the person who was helping him to bag items. Hire more Roberts and less of the other guy.

I especially love that they carry a variety of Asian fruits and vegetables. (Pro tip: Don’t miss the spicy fried chicken on Mondays!) Today, I received the loveliest surprise at self-checkout. To celebrate International Women’s Day, they were giving away free tulips to women visiting the store. This holiday is widely observed in my home country, but this is the first time I’ve seen it celebrated here. It might seem like a small gesture, but I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and recognition. I’ll certainly keep supporting Jewel and recommending them to all my friends!
