There was quite literally maybe 3 tablespoons of soup in the bowl because they didn’t hollow out the bread. Not to mention the bread was very cold like it had just come out of the fridge I went and spoke to a staff member who told me that they put a ladle of soup in there and that’s all they put in the bread bowls I told him I don’t think that it was a little full since I’ve taken a bite and it’s almost gone. He refused to do anything for me. Won’t be going back. They also had a line to the door and no one was helping the woman at the register.

I gave the staff cash money in her hand and she place the change on the counter away from me. I asked her, about not giving me my change in my hand as I gave it to her in her hand. She proceeded to say that she always does it but I watched her with the customer in front of me being given cash in his hand. I asked to speak with the manager and she tried to offer me something for free. I don’t want anything free. I just want good customer service. Then the district manager spoke with me about the incident and he had the nerve to say that she didn’t mean anything by it. How do you know what she meant? He can’t know. But I know what she meant by it. I told them that I would never return to this location and I’m reporting them.
