At first I thought it was some dumb teenagers but the situation worsened when I heard "this is America, so your gonna speak to me in English” I immediately look back and the JEWEL OSCO BUTCHER was yelling at a customer this is unacceptable. Bystanders immediately jumped in but the butcher was aggressive and disrespectful to all. The altercation lasted about 5 minutes, it shouldn’t have gone on for that long. Where was the manager??? I am extremely upset with my experience.

At self checkout there's a red-haired lady, who'd pretty rude - at least to me.. came to the area, no acknowledgement after speaking to her, seemed annoyed to have to help with an I.D. purchase, and stood over my shoulder until I completed my transaction. Maybe that's just what she does, maybe it's on a "case by case" basis, either way, it was very discomforting.
