- NNNickJun 30, 20231.0I ordered a cake for the 24th, took it home and went to go serve it to everyone at the party and when people started eating it it had a nasty taste and was the worst cake I have ever had. So I called to get a refund from the store and they told me no you can’t have a refund. So I called corporate to get this situation resolved and they took my information and sent it to the store. So today the district manager called me just to tell me I waited too long to call them and they will not give me a refund at all. I will never go to this company for anything anymore. Worst customer service I have had in a long time!!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
